Utorrent download speed slow?

So right now I'm downloading Kali Linux 2016.iso

I haven't used torrents in a while but up to surprise my download speed is going slow.

So I did a speed test and it came out with this.
Which is not my actual download and upload.
I usually have 994 dwn and 990 up





JK i have 21 down and 2-3 upload(Note I did pause the torrent.)

So I'm trying to figure out what the problem is cause my connection isn't supposed to go at this speed.
Also even if my connection speed was normal. torrents i used in the past had this same problem

Please help. I'm trying to do penetration testing.

Well when you are torrenting it will go down for sure, I'm not sure what caused it to go down that far though.

if it doesn't have any seeders, of-course it'll be slow, you need to know how much seeders there are when downloading a torrent, if there are more leechers than seeders, then it'll take weeks if not months to download it.

It shows when it downloads, there are words like "Seeders" and "peers"

You're probably using a crappy public torrent site like TPB that has no seeders?
