I have this cracked The Division account that I'm trying to get rid of because I don't like the game. Accepting all offers but really want a csgo account.
NOT GOING FIRST, been scammed too many times.
The details are changeable but you probably shouldnt because the owner might find out and change the info so that you can't use it.
NOT OFFERING A REFUND, if owner changes info, there is nothing I can do for you. (Most likely WON'T happen)

I feel like you're liable if the owner changes the information.

Before, if you sold a cracked account and it got recovered you had to either refund or replace the account iirc.

You have to provide the trader/buyer with a replacement account.

does the same rules apply if the owner got the account banned? because one of my accounts i bought got banned like 2 days after i used it and i never hacked

Yes, it does. You're responsible for whatever happens to the account you're selling.
