Guys, what do you think about the message on this screenshot, the one titled "amazon's got you covered"? Does that applies only to phones both sold and fullfilled by amazon or one of those things? Also, does that mean when you ask for a refund for a phone you got and say it didnt arrive, does amazon immediately reports is at lost to the police? Does it apply to foreign countries. Also, i have never seen this text, how long has it been here? Thanks

Yes amazon UK had become significantly harder to refund but people here at mpgh should be able to tackle it

To answer your question.. Yes they ask for a police report after you try to refund so either forge one or get one. They do this for high items like over £500 GBP and like phones which are high ridk items.

I did answer the question when you say its been lost then amazon ask for you to file a police report and send it to their investigation team they dont report it themselves. And right now its only on amazon.co,uk.

He's not stupid. Just open the screenshot he posted. No one answered his question and you are all talking about something that isn't being discussed here.

To the OP's question, I don't think they will do anything to the phone when refunded since they didn't necessary register it.. Never happened to me. But, you'll have to try it or wait for someone that did have any problem, but I'm sure if there was any issues with that that someone would already have shown up to talk about it.
