Tip 1: Make program for perfect mouse moving recording.
Tip 2: Add for "perfect mouse recording" relax mode and emulate false osu page for user resolution.
Tip 3: Save played song (recorded mouse and relax) to .(for example: otw - osu time warp)
Tip 4: Make program that play recorded file faster (false emulated beatmap x0.5 (or e.t.c) speed) & (played song x1.0)
Tip 5: If you programing well this will work .

already tried everything, all I know is that its windows 10 problem i think, it doesn't let the program move the cursor.

Right click on the file, click properties and unblock the program, then it will 100% work.

I have windows 10 and it works for me after I unblocked the program
