L9 Power with M24 Accuracy? Is it possible?

I was wondering if it was possible to do a "cross mod" with a l9 and a m24. I don't know all that much about the cross modding and not sure what cross modding can change. I was hoping it could fix the l9 accuracy with the m24 accuracy and the m24 power with the l9 power? Please enlighten me . Thanks, and please, don't flame .
