wtf worng with my ping?

hey guys , just wondering why my ping is sucks, the normal ping i should have(distance)is 160, i allways had it , and in the last 2 month its all the time was 250+ sometimes even 250, its pissing me off because i cant play.i tried to call my internet company, but they are dumb, they understand nothing, so i don't know what to do, i also tried the game booster,(it just raised my ping),i don't know what the problem , please help. no dumb comments.
and btw my antivirus(kaspersky 2010) is offline wen i'm playing

disk clean up your computer, defrag it and also use ccleaner and then everything should work just fine, and if not then use gamebooster

no, no and no. It's because of the stupid crossfire patch, each patch your ping go higher. My ping was 210 and after few patch 222-350 o.o(alpha channel).My ping was 188 and now 198-200 o.o (west coast). :@

Go to an other empty server.

omg dont thoose things.

go to my computer.
press windows.
press prefetch.
then delete all inside it.

then go back and press temp delete all in there to.

then go and download smart defrag, defrag all in there to.
then to get ur ping to 90-100 go to the cf folder go and find the patchs.
they are in the HGWC or the patch folder dont rembember.

then delete them.
now ur ping is 90-100.
