How to make pub account?

Hey i just want to make public account but when too much people login i get compromised account mail from mojang. How i can make public account?

I don't think you know what public account means. Public alts means when the login information can be found publicly (like on pastebin). These accounts usually get banned pretty fast because of how many different IP's log into them. So if you want to "create" a public account, post the login details publicly on the internet. If you want a private account (only you log in), you can either buy a full access minecraft account from the marketplace or just purchase minecraft legitimately

When i post log + pass in internet after 1 hour i get compromised account mail from mojang and password was reseted then. So why on most public accounts password is not reseting? (sry for bad eng)
