    Settings for a good aimbot

I've been using Kestrel Internal Rage's Aimbot for the last couple of days, and I'm confused as to what some of the aimbot features are.
If someone could please define what the following this mean then that would be great
    FOV
    Smoothing
    Hitbox
    Recoil Control System
    Silent Aim
    Autoshoot
    Stop Movement (Stop & Stopcrouch)
    Hitscan (Normal & Extreme)
    Autowall
    Hitchance (Normal & Extreme)
    AWP Bodyaim
Aimbot selection based on closest to player
    Velocity Correction
    Engine Prediction
    Aimstep

I want an aimbot that locks on to players, but doesn't give headshots everytime, so which of those settings should I Use?

And what's your personal preference into which on the current hacks is your favorite? (Is it Flamin' Hot Cheetos or Polymeme) and which one is good for begginging CS:GO hackers?

Flamin' hot cheetos (Internal) and Dank Poly (Polyhack) are what I use, personally. They are both great free cheats.

I'll answer as many of these as I can.

FOV - field of view for the aimbot, the larger the number the larger radius the aimbotbworks in.
Smoothing - smooths the aimbot to look more legit.
Hitbox - what hitbox the aimbot aims to.
Recoil Control System - also known as RCS this reduces or even removes recoil from your gun.
Silent Aim - the aimbot works silently, instead of it flicking to everyone it gets the kills without moving your view. (Everyone else sees blatant aimbot as its patched)
Autoshoot - the aimbot automatically shoots when over a target.
Stop Movement (Stop & Stopcrouch) - typically used for HvH, when you see an enemy it will automatically make you stop and crouch, to make it more accurate.
    Hitscan (Normal & Extreme)
    Autowall -
auto shooting through walls that can be shoot through
Hitchance (Normal & Extreme) - normally for triggerbot, just the chance of the trigger hitting the target.
AWP Bodyaim - when using AWP the aimbot aims at chest to look more legit.
Aimbot selection based on closest to player - aimbot aims to either closed player to you or closed player in your FOV.
    Velocity Correction -no clue
Engine Prediction predicts where enemy should move. EG of enemy is in air aimbot will start to aim lower.
Aimstep - some sort of AA.

Answered all I could, hopefully that helped.
