I the very serious. I think 1.5 kdr and lower and you have better chance at getting perm. As soon as Greatfullded hit 1.49 he got M416 CBQR. I recently wrote down last 10 ppl i saw who got perm and they ALL had below 1.4 kdr Lower= better.
