Curious on MD5 Fix all *Why still detected*?

Hi, I am actually curious on the MD5 fix all. I thought that could fix all detected.dll to undetected.dll? How come after today's 16/6/2016 patch/update in the morning, can no longer fix detected.dll to undetected.dll? Does it mean the MD5 is also being patched to detected? Thanks
