If that was a legit post even Dave kinda agreed he shouldn't be banned. Albeit before the incident.

In thaat picture he asked Dave prior to even selling the e-book and it was supposed to be an offbase question, NOT directly linked to this incident you speak of. The admin team decided it was a failed representation of staff to do dealings such as this and banned/demoted him(especially when Cursed did a similar incident a few days prior). That's end of story lol.

As much as I want to say, whoever buys an ebook deserves to get scammed, I'm inclined to say scamming is wrong and he deserves to be banned. We're on the internet. You have the internet at your disposal to find information and you decide to buy a fucking ebook for $650? Quite questionable imo.

He basically sold a method that everyone already knew for $650 worth of BTC, and the buyer tried using the method still so he can try to make the money he got schemed off of back, instead the buyer lost another $400 using the method that was "guaranteed" to make profit.

When I read that in the scam thread (sorta skimmed through the posts, didn't really look at the chat logs), I was dumbfounded. Let me get this straight. This yoda guy buys a $650 GAMBLING ebook from Nik (Facepalm moment #1). First off, if it isn't some intricate ebook on counting cards in Blackjack, which I'm sure you can learn how to do for free online, then idk what it can possibly be. Anyways, he reads it and says oh wait this is the martingale method, this doesn't actually work. Nik basically goes like sure it does. So this yoda guy is like it doesn't work mathematically, anyways I guess I'll try it and waste $400 in order to make sure it really doesn't work (Facepalm moment #2). Right?

And people I'm guessing added him knowing he would most likely sell it to them, and so he was selling it for 650$. And the method didn't work apparently because it's a martingale method.
OT: I think he should get banned. He shouldn't of put that thread up.
He knew his price at the beginning he just wanted to sell it off-site to a couple of stupids.

No. He Got banned because he sold it on skype. But the ebook was advertised/released on MPGH and so the yogaguy came in Contact with Nik and Nik scammed him

This makes me realize how many poor people there are in this site who actually need to scam people even if they have fucking money, same was with light, he is rich and still scams people like fucking poor piece of shit...

Like I said, staff or not - you're still in my list of not trustworthy, doesn't mean if you have position, scamming someone makes you look like an asshole.
