I was SE'ing a fitbit, regular day, then I come across this joker of a rep named Charlie. This guy makes me troubleshoot for nearly an hour (9:04-10:01) and then says he isn't authorized to replace my product and escalates my case. Fuck you Charles, I'll SE a better (dumber) rep.
