How to make your own "dedicated" Servers!

I have the console and everything, when I get in game I type the badhost command,
then iwnet_searching 0, comes up with invalid command, I ignored it, went to a game, changed gametype and map and it just awaits challenge. Any pointers on what I should do or have done? Thank you!

Exactly the same happens to me. And when you click play the game crashes, so i had to reinstall my game, damn console thing didn't come with an unpatch button.

Any idea why it put player in the "spectator" team most of the time? i try to map_restart but its the same.. the game put people in spectator or some kind of team that you cant kill....
