How to get B3 unbanned?

I don't know if this is the right place to post, as this is my first post, hence apologies.
I play MW2 online through React IW4M and I was banned from a server by B3.
I have Dynamic IP so that's easily changed, I spoofed my MAC Address too, in game name, but still I am banned.
What else do I have to change to trick B3?
