how to use these accounts in SAMS CLUB? I am new to this forum but i am SAMs Club member. Please excuse me if this question asked before...

You can always ask. Okey so step 1: You install the samsclub app on your mobile phone.
Step 2: You login with the account you bought, in on the app
Step 3: go to a samsclub store with selfcheckout and cashout there.
Step 4: buy again a new account

What's the highest account you can do? looking to get one with around $900 - $1200 on it

It doenst work like that, you need to bruteforce the account. 900-1200 is almost impossible to get. My highest i ever sold was 775 dolar. But it was just luck. Normally the accounts go as high as 500 dollar. Because thats how much you can have on the giftcardbalance.

Highest I have right now is 180 dollar.

Thats right yes, but if you buy like thing as alcohol they ask for ID. If you buy like equipment like a headset or something like that you can just cash it out at the selfcheckout without verification.
