Bitskins requires ID for bitcoin wtf?

So I went to withdraw $37.25 from my bitskins account, and I cannot withdraw without filling out a W-8BEN form.

Should I just fake all the answers and yolo?

Anyone had experience?

OP Skins runs the same way. I couldn't even add PayPal funds if I needed. They required an ID with your pic on it and proof of residency that matches your ID,

They ask for ID because Bitskins is an easy target to carders because it intrigues them because you deposit with a credit or debit and you can withdraw in bitcoin which CANT be chargedback on. As for PayPal deposits they need your ID to back them up when you chargeback on PP

Hey dude do you still have your bitskins account? It is asking me for a documentation. I have filled the form for non US citizen but there is no reply from the site can you help me? How long does it take for them to reply? And do they ask for ID and Adress confirmation after that signing thing?
