How to create a new osu! account after being restricted/banned

Okay, so you went a little overboard when cheating, or your multi got discovered. It's fine. It happens to all of us at some point. This is a post that will guide you through the process of account creation, just so that the osu! subforum isn't cluttered with help requests regarding accounts. Can we any mods please sticky this if you feel that it's worth it?
Things that you'll need:

TMAC MAC address changer
Some kind of HWID changer (I'll provide one)
A paid/free VPN connection (paid VPNs are generally better but free will do the job)

And here's what you need to do:

Backup your beatmaps and skins if you want, then uninstall osu! completely (deleting the osu! directory after the program is uninstalled)
Use the Technitium MAC address changer to change the MAC addresses of your network drives (make sure to run the program as admin)
Use your HWID changer to change your hard disk serial number (be sure to run the program as admin)
Restart your computer so that the changes are saved
Clear all cookies on your browser
Use your VPN to change your IP
Go register for a new account and reinstall osu!

Some tips on how to avoid getting detected again:

Use a file pumper to increase the file size of your cheating program. This changes the MD5 checksum of the program to one that isn't blacklisted by Peppy
If you're using the Auto bot from the multi-tool, don't use it. It uses a form of movement input that will flag your account. I advise against using the built-in spinbot for the same reason.
Don't go overboard. You need to simulate a progression curve that is average so that you aren't flagged as being a multi-accounter

Something interesting about the auto-restriction algorithm:
According to my own observations, the automated restrictions are based on a pp to time rate. That is to say, to avoid being hammered immediately after account creation, do not gain too much pp.

According to Azuki, on the first day of your account creation, do not gain more than 50pp, The next day, the limit becomes 100pp. The third day, the allowance is around 250pp. Just scale this up as you go. Of course, play it safe and start with 1 star maps first, then work your way upwards at a steady pace.

some noteable information here is, first day max allowed is ~50pp, 2nd day ~100pp, 3rd day ~250pp and so on and so forth.

once i get banned, i just change id of my harddrive and reinstall windows, and it works

The point of this tutorial is that you don't need to reinstall your OS to change your UID, making it less time-consuming, especially if you actively use that partition of that HDD as you don't need to copy files into your new installation of the OS.

I'm thinking about creating a guide on changing the UniqueID and fixing the possible errors that may come up. It's kind of a last resort measure when accounts are being restricted like ban-on-sight measure in League. Should I do that Azuki?

I haven't tried it yet, but i may... need help with the MAC Adress stuff.
Is there any tutorial on youtube of how do that part ? Or can you explain me ? I'm not really good with this, and i would like to play osu again.. ty <3

[Little guide] How to use TMAC

You literally click each address and type some random hexadecimal number (from 0 to F) or click on the 'Random MAC Address' box. You have to do this for all addresses that are not 00-00-00-00-00-00 as they connect to the internet and therefore send data to peppy.
