    Hey all i have a favour to ask i was wondeing how i can change my Vista to Windows 7.

    Upgrading is the most convenient way of getting © Windows Seven on your PC. It keeps your files, settings, and programs from earlier versions of ©Microsoft Windows intact.

    Depending on hardware and the version of ©Microsoft Windows Vista, you can use the Upgrade option during © Microsoft Windows 7 installation ( I have done this flawlessly 3 times) to upgrade from ©Microsoft Windows Vista to ©Microsoft Windows 7.

    If and only if it doesn't upgrade (for whatever reason) then you should use windows 7 CD to perform a "Fresh Install" , However , I highly recommend you avoid this in order to retain the integrity of your folders and its content
