Absolutely nothing wrong here, It's their own faults for giving away their home. Lawsuit wont hold, you lost your house. This wasn't fraud either, the grandson is 100% in the right here whether you like it or not.

It may be indirect but I'm making a comparison between your attempt to contradict the means to an end, and the American Revolution where we had an equally justifiable reason for our means to an end. You're saying what he did was "wrong", while I'm alluding to that logic through comparing the state of it being wrong to using spies in the American Revolution.
