1, Setup a copay account
2, Setup a shared wallet required 2 signature
3, Buyer of this account fund 70% of $3500 of BTC into that copay account
4, Buyer withdraw the cash
5, Buyer release the BTC to your address.


Worst scenario? Buyer received the cash of your paypal, but unwilling to let you withdraw the money, which he can't get it too. Which seems only a troll would do this by risking all his reputation and fame, and get nothing in return just for troll, otherwise most people will be happy letting you withdraw the BTC, when they made 1K for nothing.

I don't know if I'm understanding this, but couldn't OP just not give the account after confirming the copay account is set up? Then the buyer's funds are just locked?

You can make a "US bank account" via Payoneer btw. With routing numbers and everything. I'm not sure how you'd get it out of that account tho. Might be worth a shot if everything else fails.

If its not sketchy money I can withdraw it for you if you give me a cut.

If he figured out a way I would do it and give him a cut in Btc or whatever he suggests. But would I hand over money especially that amount for an account that I don't know 100% I can withdraw without issue? No way
