Have YOU been banned yet for using disabler?

Alright, so I have been browsing these forums for awhile to just get the feel for a great hacking community. I have always had the VAC disabler (no I won't give it out), but I am afraid of using it.

My question is: Have YOU been banned yet while using it?

when u use a private disabler i think u cant get banned .. ; P im not sure

I heard there were 2 versions, 1.1(?) was posted on forum before and its no longer safe to use (afaik). The private one which is 1.2 is safe, or atleast ppl say that.
