Yea like here 600k will get you a good 3,000+ sqft but outside especially in the south east or middle I've seen, a house that cost that much is a mansion getting you way more than 4000 sqft.

Yeah it shouldn't be too hard and even 80k is overkill if your living alone, most likely would only use like 40k max on average.

Depends how old you are and if you're living alone or sharing a house/apartment.

If you're in a big city probably looking at 80K+ if you want to live in a house

But really anywhere else will be find at around 50K+
