Each timei change a setting or get a kill it spouts off i'm modding in the chat. Like seriously? Yeah sure lets show everyone your hacking.. like wtf is up with that? and more importantly how do you turn that shit off?

First off, you are hacking so play obvious. Second, Aesir isn't the best cheat for playing legit, that I'll openly admit since I don't have fun playing legit. Third, if you read through the comments and actually read through it, you would know the future that does turn off the advertisement. I can't use it if I don't have the Loader and I can't find the loader anywhere?

You execute it the 4D3.exe as it's explained in the second video. I put the loader one in there since it gets you through the steps (Just a different loader) and it's a lot better quality thanks to @Haxelent

Hello, I would like to use this hack on a secondary steam account I created to try it out. I'd like to play using the same PC I use to play with my primary account, so the game is installed on the same hard drive (this way I don't have to buy the game again for the secondary account). I'm wondering: if my secondary account gets VAC banned because of the hack, will me primary account be effected in any way that you know of? I've read that some files may be created by the hack and could potentially be detected by VAC even once I delete it and try to play MW3 on my primary account again. Basically I don't want to risk my primary account being banned alongside the secondary account. I know that you'll probably say it's unlikely that I'd get the ban in the first place, but just in case. Even if there was a risk, what would be the best way to do this?

I've used this for probably a bit less than a week now, and have seen countless others use it, but I looked it up and it seems CoD MW2 and MW3 both have stricter VAC where all servers are protected. I don't want to get VAC banned as its one of my favorite games...does anyone know if its still possible to get VAC banned if it is installed, but not activated (since it is not active unless you open the 4D3 file after the game is running)?

This is an internal cheat, it's undetected. Next, you won't get VAC'd if the file is on your PC and not injected in game. However I'm not sure what made you think that MW2 and MW3 have "stricter VAC servers" VAC is literally trash on CoD.
