You should be fine with all the info/proof you have but I've heard stories and eBay can be real cunts to sellers. Just a head up.

All the variables seem to be in your favor, there's no reason for you not to win. Had a similar case a while back where the buyer claimed the item hadn't been delivered to his address. Just show eBay that the address you shipped it to was the same as the one he gave you (which seems to be what you have done).

Out of curiosity, how much was the item for and who has more rep (you or the buyer)

Nah seems like a newbie refunder but could be legit. His excuse is that the item didn't arrive

You should be fine as eBay would see that he lied. He could have said that the package was empty, something missing or broken but he lied.
How long has he been on eBay and what is his feedback?

Ask them to contact their postal office for information regarding this. If he tries to escalate, call up Ebay and tell them the story. You'll win though, the only thing you'll lose is the time spent on this bs case
