    Download Proxifier.
    Goto sockslist.net
    Find a Socks 5 proxy.
    Test the proxy
    If no errors,
    make a CA EU account.
    Finally DownLoad CA EU
    and play.
    Make sure proxifier is active or else you can't play or download the EU version.
    Also you need a new proxy everyday.
