Does anyone know how I can edit this client without the builder? For example: I don't want to be extremely blatant with no unstable and trade accept delay remover, thanks.

Turn those hacks off or use nilly's which has an option for turning the delay on/off and hacks on/off

His downloads are given via google which automatically scans the file before downloading it, google wouldnt allow him to upload it if they detected any malware.
