This was released by Grimm, someone who did development for it. It's official, but I'm not sure how far they plan on going.

There are more than one set of devs for this bot so, some of them announced that they aren't going to update anymore.

Read the other posts. Grimm released it. If GH links were allowed, I'd share it with you, but Necro deleted it off his main GH and put it somewhere else unbeknownst to others.
