step 3 keep spamming h
step 4 leave water spamming h
step 5 done

you cant jump jumping cancels the glitch out also i dont take credit for this.

so it'll look normal to you but to everyone else your in the ground swimming, i recommend doing it with friends, for extra fun, lol
