Steel wing is crap, dragon breath is better.

Dragon pulse is not bad, but still there is better one

Ok can someone please explain why did the IV of the pokemon change once i powered it up? When i first caught it and i used IV calculator it only appear with 100% nothing else, now once i powered it up it said a range between 100% - 66%.... can someone explain? Thanks

I have lowered the price to 45.... I cant make teh price too low because i literally hand leveled this account with out botting and only snipped for 30 mins.....
