I saw a thread yesterday saying that you needed an account that was at least 2 months old and had a minimum of 10 posts.

Today I saw a thread that said minimum 1500 posts and a few other things.

I cannot find the first thread anymore and the second one seems a lot more legit in my eyes. The thing is I see people requesting vouches a lot of the time without even meeting the 1500 post requirement. Can someone please link me to the actual vouching requirements, that would be very helpful thank you.
