I'm trying to transfer my account and I keeps saying there is no AVA game linked to my account?
I don't know what to do.
Also, the Aeria servers are really slow all of a sudden and keep crashing.

Many players are currently reporting errors while trying to transfer AVA accounts from Aeria Games to En Masse. The most common errors are "503 Service Unavailable" while connecting to the Aeria Games website or "No Ava account information" on the En Masse migration page.
Both of these errors are the result of Aeria's servers being overloaded with migration requests. If you are receiving one of these errors, please wait a while before trying to transfer again. Sending a lot of requests in a short amount of time will just add to the problem.
There is no need to panic; you will still be able to migrate your account. It may just take a little longer than expected. Thank you for your patience!
