Hi none of you know this but i have a bit of practice in removing stubborn viruses.
What i would like to do though is for you to take screenshots of the possible virus.
(My test computer is currently not with me)
Possible places were this virus may hang out:
-Process List/Access this by right clicking your taskbar and choosing Task Manager and report to me any .exe you find suspicious
-WINDOWS file/ Many common viruses that are designed for this type of crap hang out in the WINDOWS file or inside WINDOWS\System32 folder
-Search for any suspicious svchost.exe which can be done by running a search just click start then search for svchost.exe or scvhost.exe (Many viruses alter their name to seem legit) Report anything you may find suspicious
Note i am only helping i am not saying i will clean your computer back up. No one can guarantee you this, unless you just gave up and reformatted then reinstalled your Operating System.
If you have problems accessing the TaskManager just pm me and i can send you a better one that is made by Microsoft Inc.(Many viruses disable this because they suck at infecting and they try to block you from ending them)
Below i have provided some of the best Virus fighting programs.
-Gmer:Scans for Rootkit activity and Adware activity (Note: It is the one that is randomly named and has Gmer on the .exe)
-CIS_Setup_3.13.126709.581_XP_Vista_x32.exe:It installs COMODO Firewall along with an antivirus integrated into it. (Recommended as one of the best firewalls out there

it works wonders).
-Ad-AwareInstallation.exe:Installs Ad-Aware Live scanner that goes through all the files being used by the system and new ones trying to start up (Also provides Rootkit and Adware support)
-psc-exam:Examines your pc and shows every single thing you are running and hidden processes running on your pc.
Many more... If you need help just ask me
UPDATED NEWS: I found out this Trojan is a R.A.T So i was correct just try to search for host.exe and delete any svchost.exe, scvhost.exe or something close to that.
Delete all but the one located in WINDOWS\System32
