How do i get the PokemonsToEvolve list and the PokemonsTransferFilter list to work.

The only transfer that works for me are the KeepMinCp, KeepMinIvPercentage, and KeepMinLvl settings. but those dont seem to use the list.

is there some UsePokemonsToEvolveList or UsePokemonsTransferFilter command i need to write in to turn on?

or is there source code for this i can browse?

Edit: So looks like EvolveAllPokemonWithEnoughCandy uses the PokemonsToEvolve list.
Not sure if the Keep settings mentioned above use the PokemonsTransferFilter list though.
