A: No, the game just requires you to do the tutorial first, if it still doesn't work as intended after the tutorial, contact me on skype.

2. Q: What if my account gets banned?
A: I have an exchange policy so if your account would get banned within 3 days, you'll get another one for free.

3. Q: Why cant I change the email and password?
A: Right now Niantic seems to have some server issues, hopefully this will be resolved at a later date.

I believe you aren't, fairly sure I read somewhere about not allowing the same thread in the normal and elite trading section but you're better off asking the middlemen/marketplace minions who exercise their rules constantly.

I've had all of my accounts running since almost the first day of release, only 17 accounts of the 1084 I've made have been banned and those were because of mistakes by me which I've fixed.

So no, they won't get banned in a month, which also is why I have people buying my accounts all the time, since other sellers just instantly get banned cause they don't know what they are doing.
