Niantic deactivated Password/Email change?

Did Niantic deactivated password and email changing at the momen?
Because i get everytime scheduled maintenance.

I believe he means when you go to the website to change the password and it says "Scheduled Maintenance"

The banned account reasoning is still possible. I just checked on one of mine and I don't have that.

Really? Let me check some of my others then, that's pretty odd. I can play on one of my accounts and catch but I get that msg. This is pretty funky.

I get this message and im not banned lel.

All working fine.
Catching pokemons etc.
Bots working , accoutn checkers also working

Apparently, the password and email changing functionalities just came back online!

Fyi, you may now change your password and email!
