How do I reset the pokemon catch limit? I hit the limit and waited the amount of time and now whenever it catches a pokemon it always says catch limit 898/898. I've looked through the config and I've either missed it or it is somewhere else. How do I make the counter start over?

I did wait. When it was able to start again, the count would stay at 898/898. So it is catching pokemon, but saying the catch limit is maxed.

you can delete the pokemonTS and pokestopTS text files, it'll reset the limits
