Now I understand. Yeah they look like regular boxing gloves, but:
The difference between 20 euros boxing gloves and these is simple.
The thumb is better protected, hitting an elbow with 20-50 euros boxing gloves would leave you with a bruised thumb if you hit wrong.
With these gloves, the chances are rediculously small.
They're also better built for impacts.
Now people might think: impacts? I once punched before and it isn't that bad.
Agreed, but if you go on for about 12 rounds, if not more, punching and punching and punching, the impact will wear you down. These gloves prevent that.
As a competition boxer you punch atleast 4000 times in one training.
Other than that, it is an AIBA design, that's the Olympics gloves design and the first one has a target area which helps alot, if you don't hit with the target area in a competition you lose a point. Three times and you've lost.
And yeah it has a greenhill mark which leaves it a bit more expensive for the great quality.
