That is from the TXD(backwards) VIP hack. I have it and it is hilarious killing the mutants with my pistol. I get 600 xp per game and over 200 gp! But MPGH is cool too...

I've seen alot of ppl using this hack in matches, I thought I actually helped kill a mutant then the dude turned and just owned every one of them. I was sad....lol
