No idea, got the same problem.

Looked at the steam workshop page for the cyanide script, seems as if it was taken down.

Funnier still, cheater.team is an actual website which auto plays a video in the background called meme.mp4 while credits scroll on the left hand side of the page.

Guess it has just been taken down by some group. Probably will be back up at some point.
