Role wise and visual wise, yes I think he looks like her. But game play, he seems like a friendly dude that you don't fuck with if you want to live.
I wonder how he works with Rengar, also I didn't understand how he is supposed to give his allies Buffs, such as giving the mid laner a blue buff?

Well, he can't agro jungle camps and his passive works different from giving an ally champion a buff, not sure how it will work tho.

I just played him on pbe after messaging you. I played custom though, since regular Q Takes hours to start. He is really funny. You were wondering how he gives blue and red buff? Still do or ok?

He can counter jungle easily and be countered jungled easily as well.
He has like perks and cons of his passive.
I really liked him tho.
