I know there are basic bots out there but I want a few custom commands to be added.

I want it simple to use im not a programmer want to click a button and it starts up no fooling around.

Unless you plan to write the API yourself for the current version of Skype, then don't bother. Any existing Skype Desktop API was deprecated by Microsoft years ago. Any future revisions of Skype will have no guarantee the API will work and Microsoft could not care less. But all current Skype bots use that same API. It would be best to try and decrypt Skype packets and start writing your own.
