ExpressVPN says they don't log your traffic. If that wasn't true that would be false advertising which is illegal.

I don't see it anywhere that they delete user logs and that was one of the requirements that I wanted from a VPN.

You're right about ExpressVPN, I was thinking of another one.

Anyways, if you're looking for a suggestion: PrivateInternetAccess hands down. Fastest and most anonymous VPN I've ever used. Not to mention you can use it on all your devices. Also comes with a killswitch feature that shuts off your internet if your VPN disconnects so there won't be an IP leak. This feature is surprisingly missing from many many VPNs.
