How can i resize a pic?

Easiest way is paint but it doesn't always come out too good

If your usin' Adobe PS:
Image > Image Size...
or Alt+Ctrl+I

And then just choose the size you want it

depends on what you are trying to resize....if you are trying to resize an entire signature or image with multiple layers then image size will be the best way to go...if you simply need to resize a render or something along those lines then just use "transform" Ctrl+T with the layer selected
