Amazon refund fail

Hello everyone, idk if is the right section, but i need to know some things:
Some days ago i ask to one refunder on mpgh to try a refund for me. That's fail.
They check and do a further investigation, so the corrier called me and he said: i have gived you one package. My reply: yes, one, but i have order 2 (true). The customer say at start to wait 3 business days for check and after this 3 days he didnt reply anymore. So.. what i can do right now? Or i have some chance to save this refund? (sorry for my really bad english)
