Program Files > Steam > Steamapps > Common > call of duty modern warfare 2 > players

Delete ALL .stat files!

Program Files > Steam > userdata > ########(numbered file) > ########(numbered file) > remote

Delete BOTH files.

I meant in-game as in, when you're playing. Basically, VAC turns on when you click "Join Game". Barracks and what-not is fine.
