How to boost your FPS???

can someone plz help me boost my FPS.

my FPS in crossfire is 17.5!!

tryed cleaning your harddrive?
i did once and i gained 2GB space

what software shall i use to do that?

start/all programs/accessories/system tools/disk cleanup

i got windows 7 though

get ccleaner worked for me

Internet is for ping FPS is about ur computer speed....
SO the solution is to buy a better computer XD

having a fast internet an a good pc... or fast internet and gamebooster
