Open COD MW2 Multiplayer (steam)
minimize MW2 (alt + M    or   Win+TAB)
Open Trainer, Click Current Value (if value dont'appears)
Edit the value and press Change the value
close trainer and go in game!
start a match and kill 1 player, close the game (necessary if it does not save)

Why do i think it's a virus?
