Since the IP which I made the account is VPN and I accidently used my original IP, it doesn't allow me, so I am not sure, simply if you have a bank on usa, just withdraw it, and repeat this process meaning like if you ebay and you sell fitbit, you can recieve the money after all, so withdraw it on every transaction.
