Was I in the wrong?

I'm not going to say who the person is but recently I had a bit of an issue with a buyer who began to call me a scammer (they never even sent me money) for no reason while on skype.

I told the buyer that one of the people I work with (we sell reddit accounts) has been logged into the account recently and just to be safe before I would send him the account passwords we should wait until saturday to make the deal. Well, he flipped and started begging for the account passwords so he could change the password tonight, before that though I asked him how he would pay me and he just ignored this question and told me "no one uses x to pay people!".

I'm just kind of taken back because he's some one who apparently makes more than enough money to be worried about the amount I was asking for, I help bulk sell accounts each week and this is the first time any one spazed out on me. Any one ever experience this before? What do you guys think?
