HWID banned

I got banned on apb and when i make a new account it lets me in but in the middle of joining a district it disconnects with this message: "Our system detected a potential hazard on your computer that may cause harmful effects to other players (error code error code 850001, type 1)"
how do i bypass it, i already tried resetting windows a couple of times but no luck

If it was on battleye then they take all of your HWID information (The Id and crap) and they keep it, so you need to get a spoofer or something. If that doesn't work then the best choice is to get a new Hard Drive (New windows copy too) and I'm not sure if they take ram stick info too.

Fixed. Changed some stuff now works
